Rapid globalization and technological breakthroughs, especially in the field of information technology, have had a significant impact on the corporate climate in recent decades, which has become very competitive and dynamic. Businesses today depend more than ever on innovation to survive, and business models are changing rapidly to cope with this situation. Launching new products and services that can benefit both the company and its customers on a regular basis is the best way to survive in the rapidly evolving business environment of today, made possible by IoT and Industry 5.0. Industry Revolution 5.0 (I5.0) describes the collaboration of humans and robots to increase the efficiency of industrial production. I5.0 is described as a revolution where man and machine rethink how to make the production system more efficient while embracing human-centered, sustainable, and resilient ideals. Placing the human person at the center of value creation processes is extremely necessary to ensure their reliability and purposefulness. The aim of the book is to explore aspects of quality management with regard to value creation in Industry 5.0. The book can look at building value for the customer, taking into account their needs, quality, and safety aspects.
All chapters must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another edited book or journals.
